A mobile app for readers of Almaty’s city libraries, a working interface for staff and a backend connected to the libraries’ cataloguing system.
The task
The city library system needed to move reader services into a mobile app and connect it to the book cataloguing system already in use.
What we built
The Flutter app ships for devices with Google and Huawei services. Staff work in a web interface built with React and TypeScript. The backend consists of FastAPI services and background workers that reliably pass changes to the library system.
