AI agents and process automation

Agents that carry out the steps of a process in your systems: they sort requests, gather data, prepare documents and hand the task to a person where a decision is needed. They work with limited permissions and keep a log of their actions.

Who it is for

Companies with repetitive multi-step processes — handling requests, preparing reports, reconciling data between systems — where the rules are already clear but doing it by hand is slow and expensive.

What the client gets

An agent or a system of agents built into your process and systems, with rules for when a person decides. We hand over the source code and a description of the scenarios, the access rights and the action log.

  1. Process analysis

Steps, decisions, exceptions and data: what can be delegated to an agent and what stays with a person.

  2. Agents and orchestration

Agents for individual tasks and the coordination between them — on LangGraph or our own orchestration.

  3. Tools and integrations

Access to the CRM, email, documents and APIs with the minimum permissions needed.

  4. Human oversight

Confirmation of important actions, hand-off of difficult cases to staff and clear limits on the agent’s autonomy.

  5. Log and observability

Every step the agent takes is visible and checkable: what it received, what it did and why.

Questions

How is an agent different from an assistant?

An assistant answers questions; an agent takes actions: it creates tasks, fills in documents and calls systems. That is why we define its permissions and the points that need human confirmation in advance.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

Important actions need confirmation, permissions are limited and every step is logged. A mistake can be found, corrected and accounted for in the scenario.

Where should we start?

With one process where the rules are clear and the result is easy to check. We test the approach there, measure the effect, and only then extend the automation.
